Clincal Director/Psychotherapist
Dr. Shawnda McEwen, DSW, LCSW
My therapeutic approach is direct, realistic, and knowledgeable. As a Psychotherapist, I believe that everyone already has the tools they need to be their most productive and successful self. Sometimes people just need the support and encouragement from an outside source to reach their personal "happy place". Every client has a right to Self-Determination and Self-Awareness. Psychotherapy can help develop insight, coping mechanisms, and social skills to help build stronger relationships. In addition, therapy provides a safe, confidential space to modify unhealthy thought patterns and improve overall quality of life.

Psychotherapist
Christy Mathurin, LMSW
My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and client centered. I believe that healing and growth happen when individuals feel emotionally safe, respected, and supported. I meet clients where they are and tailor treatment to their unique needs, strengths, and goals. My work focuses on helping clients develop practical tools that support emotional regulation, stress management, healthy communication, and navigating life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. These tools are designed for use both in and outside of sessions, allowing therapy to support real-life change.
